Based on real user reviews, this latest SoftwareReviews accolade highlighted that 100% of users plan to renew their relationship with Interact, placing us first among the digital workplace platforms surveyed.
Industry recognition and analyst awards are important, but at Interact we also place critical value on the experiences that real users have – both with the product and with the service of our committed teams.

For that reason, being named as a Digital Workplace Champion in the latest SoftwareReviews Emotional Footprint Awards is a significant honor.
In the overall user rankings, Interact’s Net Emotional Footprint was 97% positive, with 97% of users saying they “love” Interact and 100% seeing the product as continually improving. Further perfect scores were awarded for customer service that is “respectful”, “caring”, and “effective”. User experience of the product was also judged to be superior, and there were 100% positive scores for reliability and a product that enhances productivity and performance.
We are thrilled to be so highly recognized, especially when this acknowledgement comes directly from the words of our users. The recent upheaval in how everyone works and communicates has been a watershed for organizations, employees, and communicators, and we are continuing to help them navigate this through dedication to their success and a market-leading product with continually evolving features, such as our new intelligent content editor.
