Interact Recognised as a ‘One to Watch’ Company in 2013
6th March 2013 – Interact, a leading global supplier of intelligent intranet software, today announced that it is proud to have been accredited in the Sunday Times ‘Best Companies’ 2013 survey as “one to watch”.
Interact was one of just 218 companies to be awarded the prestigious accolade this year. The respected survey enables employees to provide honest feedback about their work environment and demonstrates that companies who focus on employees, reap significant benefits including improved workplace engagement, staff retention, reduced recruitment costs and greater financial performance.
Being awarded “one to watch” portrays how Interact is excelling in every area in the workplace and demonstrates its on-going commitment to its employees.
Nigel Danson, CEO and Founder of Interact comments:
“We are delighted to receive this accreditation from the Best Companies awards as it recognises all the hard work Interact invests to ensure that our employees feel engaged and play a key role in our business. Interact is extremely proud to be named as ‘One to Watch’, placing us amongst the top organisations in the country for employee relations.
“I believe a happy workforce cements our fundamental business objective of delivering the highest standard of service quality to all Interact customers. Attracting and retaining the best people is essential to our enterprise collaboration software development and supports our tenacious approach in this fast moving industry.”
Best Companies was established with a vision to identify the drivers of sustainable business performance. Its research shows that the key is ‘Workplace Engagement’. Using their experience of responses from nearly 740,000 employees in thousands of organisations, they have developed an academically rigorous methodology to measure levels of ‘Workplace Engagement’. The Best Companies Accreditation scheme then recognises those organisations that have achieved high levels in this area.
