Interact and Sideways 6 (an Interact company) customers scoop six awards in just two days!
Awards season is in full swing, and the celebrations have already started at Interact and Sideways 6 (an Interact company).
Across two prestigious ceremonies – the Engage Awards and the Simplys – customers including Love’s Travel Stops, Vueling, Taylor & Francis, and King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust have been recognized for their exceptional achievements in innovation, technology, teamwork, and engagement.
Let’s take a closer look at their successes.
Highlights from the Engage Awards
At the Engage Awards, we were delighted to see our customers lead the way with outstanding accomplishments:
Best Use of Technology in Employee Engagement: King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
Interact customer King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust won the Best Use of Technology in Employee Engagement award for the planning, launch, and impact of their intranet, Kingsweb, which consistently achieves over one million views every month.
Serving over 13,500 staff and consultants across five hospitals, Kingsweb has transformed access to people and resources for everybody, but is especially impactful for frontline employees – mobile access allows them to find everything they need on the go.
“To scoop the win at the Engage Awards is something I’ll never forget, and is a huge reflection on the hard work of the Communication and ICT teams at King’s to launch and implement such a successful platform. Interact continues to understand – and meet – our engagement requirements and this allows for our platform to constantly evolve.”
Matt Cooper, Head of Digital Communications at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

Leading airline and Sideways 6 customer Vueling was Highly Commended in the category for Best Use of Innovation in Employee Engagement for its employee idea program called ‘Make It Better’.
The program presents employees with a challenge linked to a specific company problem and invites them to contribute their ideas to solve it.
